Apps Script web app for the live sections of the redesigned Google Site:
an opportunities finder (advisor and contact details only for docchula.com
sign-ins), upcoming events and the research showcase, all read from
Google Sheets and Forms so the team never edits code.

Includes Node tests with stand-ins for the Google services, sheet
templates, and the setup and page-building guide in google-sites/README.md.
…s, use full spreadsheets scope

SpreadsheetApp.openById refuses the read-only scope, so the web app needs
the spreadsheets scope to read the opportunities and Website data sheets.
New views: hero-actions (buttons + numbers) and showcase-stats. events-home
now shows the two latest activities beside Upcoming, showcase-home gets the
buttons row, open-now gets the sign-in hint. Google Sites keeps an embed's
width-to-height ratio on phones, so wide views switch to a compact teaser
with a link to the standalone page and the open-now panel scales down.
Links to the standalone page use the /a/macros/docchula.com/ address.
…o buttons when sheets can't be read

Google Sites embeds can't navigate the page around them, so target=_top links did nothing there.
… sign-in as its own page

Drops the extra Find a project / Browse presentations headings, keeps the Home showcase cards in three
columns, and sends Sign in to the standalone finder, where Google can tell the script who is signed in.
The SVG is the source; render-hero-background.mjs turns it into the PNG that Google Sites' section image takes.
