Implement workflow manager for backend using NetFlow/Snakemake

- Framework review: compare all frameworks (suggestions: NetFlow, Snakemake, mlFlow,...) 
- Check Mariem's paper (2026-05-27) @mariemkallel16 
- This could also help with the link with high-performance computing, and the development of an assistant AI agentic system
- Will facilite the links between the modules 
- Link with Docker as well
