Need clarification...
** GFLOPs is computed on image resolution 360x640. However, the mIOU(s) are computed on the official image resolution required by CityScapes evaluation script 1024x2048.**
Can you please let me know if the results posted in the readme section and in the paper, were they using 360x640 or 512x1024 ?
If the results were using 360x640, were you using the same graph checkpoint to generate those results ?
I am bot able to obtain the mentioned mIoU using the best checkpoint.
