Introduce a typed configuration binding/registry layer for app, AI, and card settings, with a coordinator for debounced persistence and hotkey notifications. The panel now routes settings through that system, and plugin manifest validation was tightened for settings entries. The calendar widget was also adjusted to scale cell size for compact card layouts and avoid overflow. Dependency metadata and lockfile entries were refreshed as part of the update.
