Requirements

• Java 17 or later (Java 21 recommended)
• Maven 3.8+

Build & Run

mvn javafx:run

Or build a JAR:

mvn package

Features

• Sidebar — collapsible with animation, 14 nav items grouped by category, active state indicator, badge counts
• Navbar — breadcrumb trail, global search (Cmd+K style), slider toggles for Live Feed / Auto Scan, notification + terminal + fullscreen buttons, profile menu
• Stat Cards — 4 animated KPI cards with progress bars and delta indicators
• Line Chart — real-time network traffic (inbound/outbound/blocked), live update every 3 seconds
• Pie Chart — threat category breakdown
• Bar Chart — vulnerability severity over 8 weeks (Critical / High / Medium stacked)
• Live Event Stream — auto-appending log with severity badges, filter chips, toggle to pause
• Security Controls Panel — 6 on/off slider toggles (Firewall, IDS, VPN, Secrets, Honeypot, DLP) + 2 range sliders (Scan Intensity, Alert Threshold)
• Endpoint Table — colour-coded Status and Risk columns, sortable
• Resizable Panels — all chart areas use SplitPane with drag dividers
• Scrollable Dashboard — full ScrollPane wrapper, custom styled scrollbar
• Icons — Material Icons font (Google Material Symbols) used throughout
