…, defer list Adds docs/product/MVP_v0.1.md (FROZEN PRODUCT SCOPE): candidate comparison, first-user analysis and the frozen decisions — Kaayu internal recruiting workload as first client; single-turn structured extraction (CV text to a fixed JSON profile); llama.cpp llama-server (pinned, CPU) with Qwen3-4B-Instruct-2507 GGUF pinned by digest (Apache-2.0); one Mbongo-controlled worker; PRIVATE_OFFCHAIN = J PUBLIC profile; hardware attestation not required (K-HW-LIVE stays a parallel track); FREE internal payment with a displayed reference price; observed, untrusted metering; @mbongo/sdk unchanged plus a thin HTTP front over the existing E/F operations and one CLI; private devnet then controlled demo; objective exit criteria; the frozen defer list; gates MVP-A through MVP-E. Roadmap reconciliation: INDEX gains the product-scope authority row and marks roadmap.md HISTORICAL and target_market.md SUPERSEDED; the README roadmap table gains the MVP row. No protocol, code or SDK change: the inference contract fits RFC 0005 §2.10/§2.12 as written. Refs #148, #144, #52 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

MVP v0.1 — scope freeze (product decision, docs only)
Freezes the first Mbongo product so the project is launchable before it is complete. Decided at baseline
89cadb670c3d0470fcda70fb2e7f53404157cb9eon protocol v0.4 (frozen). No code, no protocol, no SDK change.Adds
docs/product/MVP_v0.1.md(status FROZEN PRODUCT SCOPE): candidate comparison (generic job / private inference / confidential inference / agents / GPU marketplace), first-user analysis, and the frozen decisions — Kaayu internal recruiting workload as first client; single-turn structured extraction (CV text → JSON profile); llama.cppllama-server(pinned, CPU) with Qwen3-4B-Instruct-2507 GGUF pinned by digest (Apache-2.0); one Mbongo-controlled worker; PRIVATE_OFFCHAIN = J PUBLIC profile; hardware attestation not required (K-HW-LIVE is a parallel track); FREE internal payment with a displayed reference price; observed, untrusted metering;@mbongo/sdkunchanged plus a thin HTTP front over the existing E/F operations and one CLI; private devnet → controlled demo; objective exit criteria (20 jobs ≥ 95 %, P95 ≤ 120 s, ≤ US$0.05/job, 0 leaks, 0 invalid receipts); the frozen defer list; five implementation gates MVP-A … MVP-E.Reconciles the roadmap:
docs/INDEX.mdgains the product-scope authority row and marksroadmap.mdHISTORICAL andtarget_market.mdSUPERSEDED (both predate the protocol lock and describe a GPU marketplace the vision excludes);README.mdroadmap table gains the MVP row.Contract check: the inference contract fits RFC 0005 as written —
execution_specis opaque, ≤ 1,024 bytes and application-versioned by convention (§2.10, §2.12); nothing is added toComputeTask, the receipt, RPC or the SDK wire types.Evidence: relative links and anchors resolve (89 checked, 0 bad); LF endings;
git diff --checkclean; typos (CI's checker) clean on the three files; none of the 61 protected paths of the K-HW-LIVE baseline is touched.Refs #148 (MVP issue, milestone MVP v0.1), #144 (parallel security track), #52 (parallel research).
