Adds optional repository_id (integer) and former_repository_names to the verification profile schema (schema_version stays 1, additionalProperties stays false). DVS and node-verify-v2 identity checks now accept a match on GITHUB_REPOSITORY_ID (stable id 1295858033 for MelodicBloom/seed-loom, formerly qt314wink/seed-loom) or on current/former name; they fail only if neither matches, and the error lists names and ids.

• Historical receipt names are preserved; receipts still record runtime GITHUB_REPOSITORY. No historical receipts/decision docs rewritten.
• Registry schema untouched (not required).
• Tests: npm run validate:registry and npm run test:registry pass; seed-loom profile with new fields validates against the schema with Ajv.
• Pairs with the seed-loom PR that bumps the DVS pin to this branch's head SHA (c6e9f3b).
• No merge requested.
