Local editing uses /checkout, ordinary Git commits, and /import at a fresh conversation path. The agent can then integrate the imported commit into the intended source.

Removes /update-tree and the TUI code that stages and commits local files as part of sending a message. Slash commands run locally; ordinary messages go to the agent. Updates the command list, help, and existing tests to match.

Closing with the rest of stack #261. The new stack (#300 and the PRs above it) does not carry this change, which removes /update-tree. It can come back as its own PR on main.
