Status

MSToolkit v2.0 was release to the public via R-Forge on 29th June 2009. v2.0 is available on R-Forge: https://r-forge.r-project.org/projects/mstoolkit/

MSToolkit was designed by Mike K Smith of Pfizer and was developed by Mango Solutions for Pfizer. The first release of this software was an internal release to Pfizer.

MSToolkit source code has migrated from R-Forge to GitHub. Future development of MSToolkit with bug fixes, new features and additional functionality will be made available from this site.

MSToolkit has been archived from CRAN due to lack of time from the principal developer (Mike K Smith) to maintain the code to the appropriate standards for CRAN.
