…pped work Cognito auth, the analytics dashboard, SES notifications, and visual polish were all being described as future/in-progress scope even though all four merged and deployed this session. Also fixes the README's dead ?shop_id=&counter_id= demo link (Cognito auth replaced that flow) and updates the demo plan's setup to start from real sign-in instead of the old shareable-link entry point.
