描述问题 Describe issue

在电脑连接蓝牙耳机或断开耳机的时候，正常应该自动暂停或自动转到耳机播放，但是存在部分时候会导致自动崩溃闪退了，可能是在断开蓝牙耳机的时候也可能是在连接上的时候，暂时没有找到可以稳定复现的方法
