Runs gains retained native-classifier analysis: exact checkpoint curves link to bounded example/error pages, and exports reissue the authorized query. Two selected inspect contracts bind the route Run ID; finite transport controls, model-owner disposal and workspace-specific self-hosted script policy preserve authority and navigation boundaries. Opening analysis starts no computation.
The original integrated evidence under docs/plans/retained-analysis/reports/m4-integrated retains its source attribution: 27 query/contract/HTTP tests, 36 Python regressions, 11 controller suites and actual PostgreSQL/authenticated-browser checks for revocation, export, cancellation and cold reopen. The composed frozen-author SDK and CPU-browser denial oracles preserve their original failure/success records; both captured-CPU jobs at prior head 0ba4 passed all 13 steps and received independent review. Those prior passes do not qualify the new head.

29011daea37f101ee30be9bc10aab702a16c830aalso fixes a real startup readiness gap: Open project is disabled in the initial HTML and enabled only after its owner installs the listeners. The original scientific browser lost its first native pointer click when the actual project module was delayed; the unmodified entrypoint reproduced the same timeout with an exact button hit and null handler. The corrected existing entrypoint passed the delayed-module check and all five original scientific/custody checks, including restart, independent cold NumPy reading and the held-import selection race. Independent review and focused checks pass; all four tested source hashes match the committed repair. Three registered schemas were removed and queried absent. Resource receipts explicitly distinguish terminal owned main handles from a brief descendant-cache recreation that was subsequently cleaned at the exact owned path.Full source-bound red/green evidence is under docs/plans/retained-analysis/reports/project-startup-ci-20261020. The original hosted event had no listener/pointer trace, so its precise scheduling cause remains untraced. Both old-head 0ba4 lifecycle runs,39360310903 and39360311316, failed at the same first project-open wait; neither is acceptance. Fresh current-head lifecycle, captured-CPU and applicable catalog/UI gates remain pending. Scientific arrays are authored custody fixtures, with no model-quality or physical acceptance claim.
