Description
Adds Playwright coverage for Open-QA Home (hero + five feature cards) and the navbar GitHub link, plus a small reusable POM/fixture layer for later pages.
Home cards use locale-stable
data-testids on the Home page (home.feature_*_titleand*_icon). Navbar GitHub is asserted for visibility,href/target/rel, new-tab navigation, and hidden on mobile.Out of scope: search, copy-command, CTAs, lower Home sections, other pages, leftover
sv-*specs.server/index.tsPrettier drift is intentionally unchanged. This is the HomePage slice of #58 (hero, feature cards, GitHub link). Remaining pages on that issue stay open.
