Manual Asset Library Install
You may encounter issues when trying to download an asset library if too many people are trying to download it or if you're using a VPN.
For this reason, you may want to manually install an asset library.
Make sure you're on the latest version of both RE Mesh Editor and RE Asset Library.

Do not install .reassetlib files from places other than mirrors linked above.

Download the .reassetlib file from the download mirror link above.

In the Blender preferences, under Interface, enable Developer Extras.
- Press F3 and search for "import re asset", the install option should come up.
Pick the downloaded file and it should install.
You can open the newly installed asset library from File > New > RE Assets.
