test_startup_metrics_by_server_info compared the whole /server_info body with the two keys it had before /server_info began to report the rendering fingerprint, so it failed once the fingerprint was added. The fingerprint has its own tests; this test now checks that it is present and the same on every call, removes it, and compares the rest of the body exactly as before, including the startup-metric values and the single cached executor call.

Dev Engineer Review

The change updates test_startup_metrics_by_server_info to validate the render_fingerprint while excluding it from comparisons of the remaining response body. Review findings and severity counts were not supplied. Test execution status is unavailable.

QA Engineer Review

  • Modified test: tests/unittest/llmapi/test_llm.py.
  • The test checks that all three responses include matching fingerprints with digests. It retains checks for startup metrics and executor-call behavior.
  • This is a unit test, so integration test-db/ and manual qa/ list status does not apply.
  • Coverage verdict: sufficient for the described fingerprint and startup-metric behavior. Test execution was not reported.

Per-File QA Perspective

  • tests/unittest/llmapi/test_llm.py: Covers fingerprint consistency across calls, startup-metric values, and executor-call behavior in test_startup_metrics_by_server_info. Integration-list status does not apply to this unit test.

Walkthrough

The server-info test now parses three responses, verifies that their render fingerprints contain matching digests, and checks the expected startup-metrics payloads.

The test checks that all three responses have the same render fingerprint digest. It compares the first response without the fingerprint to the expected empty-metrics payload, then checks the other two against the expected payload containing the loaded model metric.

Compare the worker fingerprint with the server resources.

The current assertions only check that the fingerprint is stable and has a digest. An incorrect but stable fingerprint can pass. Compare it with RenderResources.from_server(server).fingerprint().
