• vLLM-Omni usage examples

Note that .agents/skills/cookbooks/cosmos3/reason/run_with_vllm.ipynb is deliberately left out due to vllm-project/vllm#57393 still not included in any release.

Thanks for the Edge FP8 cookbook additions. Leaving this unmerged in accordance with the existing Draft/legal-publication hold. Could you please update the PR once the owner confirms legal approval and the referenced Hugging Face model cards/checkpoints are published, then mark it ready for review? Passing the current checks does not by itself clear that release requirement.
