inst/extdata/context_kotl.gpkg (4.9 MB) had no reader since the KOTL vignette was removed in #50; context_kootenay_lake.gpkg (#57) covers a superset of its layers and area. Its data-raw producer goes too, so nothing can recreate the file. example_aoi_kotl.gpkg stays for the README quick-start. Tarball 7.15 -> 3.83 MB; installed size 12.8 -> 7.9 MB. R CMD check OK.
