gdalcubes archived on CRAN breaks the pkgdown dependency resolve

Problem

flooded's pkgdown workflow has failed since 2026-09-26, for the same reason as drift's (drift#80):

Could not solve package dependencies:
* deps::.: Can't install dependency gdalcubes
* local::.: Can't install dependency gdalcubes

gdalcubes was archived on CRAN on 2026-09-16. flooded lists it in Suggests (DESCRIPTION line 42) with no Remotes: entry, and the pkgdown job resolves Suggests, so pak cannot find it.

Fix

drift's fix is in drift PR #84:

• Add appelmar/gdalcubes to Remotes: with no suffix. Upstream master is 0.7.5 and carries the filter_geom fix that NewGraphEnvironment/gdalcubes@newgraph was for.
• Name the GitHub install wherever flooded tells a user to install gdalcubes.

A reviewer confirmed that drift's resolve does not pull flooded's Suggests, so the two repos can land independently.
