Build 28 reached the VPS then applied 0.0.0.0/0 and cancelled the QUIC session, so Safari stayed on IPv6 off-tunnel.

Build 28 leaked off-tunnel. Build 29 added IPv6 default and died on ESTABLISH. Ignore path flips while Dial finishes.

Build 30 stayed up with a placeholder 10.8.0.254, so the phone never sent packets. Closing that UDP session before 0.0.0.0/0 avoids the QUIC cancel from a live settings apply.

2.1.1 builds reached the server and then carried no traffic. Testers need the 2.1.0 UDP path, which actually connected.
