runtime container providing kiwi and boxbuild requirements

Add a kiwi-boxbuild tool and sub package for running a kiwi system boxbuild workload in a small container runtime. The kiwi-boxbuild sub package contains the kiwi-boxbuild binary. kiwi-boxbuild loads a small runtime container which provides kiwi and the boxbuild requirements. Inside of that container the kiwi system boxbuild command is called to build the image in a VM. This limits the host requirements to build a kiwi image to just podman, for loading the runtime container. The command is handy for host systems which do not allow to install kiwi for whatever reason. e.g. python dependencies, poetry not available, etc... Assisted-by: Claude:claude-opus-4-6
