AniLight's /sources endpoint now answers HTTP 403 (Missing Turnstile session token) without a browser-minted x-source-session header, which broke explicit --provider anilight resolves (e.g. infinity castle dub).
This keeps trying the portable /sources route first and falls back to the /watch document's direct megaplay.buzz embed_url (same data-id plus stream/getSources plus AES backend HiAnime drives), live-verified with audio (h264 plus aac). Capabilities now advertise subs since the fallback returns soft-sub tracks.
Also extends scripts/check-providers-live.sh to exercise episodes plus first-episode resolve, since a search-only check stayed green through this breakage.
Gate: make test passes (249 tests, smoke, build).
