What

  • New --history flag: browses the watch history list, then offers Play / Forget / Back for the picked entry. Play reuses the --continue resume rules (unfinished resumes, finished advances). Forget confirms and removes just that entry. The loop returns to the list until cancelled. Empty history fails with the same message as -c/--forget.
  • -c, --forget, and -D are untouched as the fast paths.
  • --help groups flags by task (what to watch, where it comes from, how it plays, saved and sessions, interface, maintenance) with a short usage: ani-py [options] [query ...] line. No flag behavior changed.
  • README history section documents --history.

Verification

  • Tests written first (TDD): 7 new tests (1 parser, 6 browse-loop behaviors).
  • make test green locally: 256 tests OK, lint, help/version smoke, standalone build.
  • VERSION already reads today's date, no bump needed.

--history opens the watch history list, then offers Play, Forget,
or Back for the picked entry. Play reuses the --continue resume
rules, Forget confirms and removes the single entry, and the loop
returns to the list until cancelled. -c, --forget, and -D stay as
the fast paths. --help now groups flags (watch, source, playback,
sessions, interface, maintenance) with a short usage line.
