Staging verification of the shared Microsoft DOCX found that its catalog MIME type and original download header were
application/octet-stream. Slim runtime images do not reliably include an operating system MIME registry. We resolve original file types through the existing supported-format mapping, so DOCX originals return
application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.documentconsistently. Existing published originals receive the corrected catalog metadata and signed response headers on subsequent reads.Validation: 9 shared-demo HTTP/PostgreSQL contract tests passed, including PDF, DOCX, and uppercase DOCX extensions with the operating system MIME mapping removed.
make checkpassed. The issue was reproduced through real staging original downloads; staging verification of the corrected response remains pending deployment.
