Run a single adapter through the helm charts #55
Description
charts/adapter-service requires role with no default and is installed once per role — its values.yaml says "INSTALL ONCE PER ROLE, and keep the RELEASE name per-role", because the release name is the Service name, which is the DNS name the other adapters address.
Render one release serving all roles, and update examples/ and the README that tell people to install it three times.
