The Chinese install guide uses openEuler_23.09, which returns HTTP 404. The live OBS release index currently provides openEuler_24.03, openEuler_25.03, and openEuler_25.09. Update the section to openEuler 25.09 (Anolis_23.5 was already covered separately).
