linglong.dev no longer serves the documentation site (TLS handshake fails). The current official site is linyaps.org.cn, and the manifests page lives at /guide/building/manifests.html (the same path already used elsewhere in these docs). Update the lessons (EN/ZH) and the UAB publishing guide accordingly.
