Codex is now the sole agent on the default plugin and new official Codex SDK paths. Both call the same DataMind data tools directly, without constructing StoreAgent/RetrieveAgent or requiring a separate conversation-model key for Graph, SQL, Skills and Memory.
openai-codexhost. Existing Python/CLI/HTTP two-agent APIs remain explicitly documented compatibility paths.Validation: 456 passed, 45 skipped locally with real local Dolt, plus the deterministic SQLite demo and wheel build. Added direct KB/SQL/Graph/raw pinned-read tests, Skill/operation isolation, source replacement and hash validation, real MCP subprocess tests, SDK orchestration contracts, and real official SDK MCP tool discovery without model inference. GitHub CI adds a required SDK/direct-tools job alongside Python 3.11/3.12, optional providers, real MySQL/Dolt, and isolated wheel smoke tests.
Scope: the coordinator remains local/single-host; NetworkX live graph writes remain single-writer. The enterprise host supplies authentication, tenant authorization and scheduling. CI does not test paid model reasoning.
