…zer path It was silently ignored when tokenizer_name_or_path was unset. Resolution now lives in ModelConfig.resolve_tokenizer().

Summary
By default, the SFT/DPO workflows use the tokenizer that comes packaged with the specified model and its revision. This PR lets the user specify another tokenizer if they want to. We need this to be able to train a model using the updated tokenizer.
