openfn project: More details in output #1062

This issue is a WIP while I think about the contents and format of the content I want:

project1 [this is the alias]
  Name: Joe's Project [the human display name]
  Domain: app.openfn.org [or local if none]
  UUID: 1234 [app UUID if it exists]
  Last sync date: <some date> [or "never" if there's no push or pull]
  workflows:
    - a

project 2
  66
  workflows:
    - a
    
   sandboxes:
         staging:
             [TODO more here]

Remember that the information here need to be the same that users type into comands

Maybe we need a --verbose flag to show full details - otherwise we just list the projects by id

Alternatively we could list projects by domain:

== app.openfn.org ==

project1 ...

== app.openfn.rw ==

project1 ...

== local ===

We should also support filters, like --domain local to only show local versions

Maybe a --table output too. And --markdown for a markdown table that can be copied out
