Implement openfn project version #1067

openfn project version <workflow-name> [--project path/to/statefile] [--project alias/id]

Should print the version hash of workflows of the checked out project to stdout

Can optionally pass a workflow name to just generate that one workflow

Can specific which project in the workspace to use by path to state file or id or alias.

By default will print all workflows for the current project

Prints in a format like:

Version hashes for <project-id>:

workflow-1
01280941850912489012

Optionally output a json object if --json is passed { workflow1: hash, worklow2: hash }
