In the integration tests, I've stumbled on an issue where I need to control the UUIDs of generated workflows. That's not something which the current generator allows.

This PR works around that by letting us pass a uuid map explictly into the generator.

This is how it's used in the test repo:

  const main = await gen(
    ctx,
    "main",
    ` x-y`
  );
  await gen(
    ctx,
    "staging",
    `x-y `
  );

  const expectedUUIDs = main.getUUIDMap();
  const expected = await gen(
    ctx,
    "expected",
    `x-y`,
    expectedUUIDs
  );

Silly example because there's no diff, but you see what I mean. To know if expected matches result, I need to build a project representation with uuids.
