• Rebased on the new refactor
• fetch & pull throws if version conflict (a bit basic but its in)
• fetch allows arbitrary output path

Ah need to make a change - in checkout, the Workspace validation check is silly. You should be able to check out anywhere and the CLI will create the openfn.yaml for you

Need to change, update tests, and maybe add a little release note
