fix: source archives keep GitHub's file name, slash tags work (2.7.1) - #9

- A tag with a slash (`version/2026.8.5`) made the source file name a sub-path and the write failed; the names now come from the release page's archive link - Name = GitHub's name + ` (source)`; fallback `_github_archive_name()` - Source files get the release's `created_at` as file time - Version 2.7.1, CLAUDE.md updated Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
