fix: 输入气泡改版与开关、多行打字框、供应商页与提示词页修正 - #279

- 根因:provider-coo 的 options.protocol 不在 PROTOCOL_FIELDS 里，模型栏后面按连接名单独画成一张普通卡片，样式与折叠栏不一致 - coo 没有声明自己的栏目，默认就带「协议」栏，字段并进去后不会丢 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
