Patch release: storage items kept apart by World, token costs on extension market cards, a usable narrow WebUI, icons for the official extensions.

Fixes

• WebUI Data page: two Worlds that use the same storage key no longer show each other's items, and clearing one no longer clears the other. • A World whose create() returns an instance without an id, or with an id that differs from its definition, now fails to load with a clear reason, instead of running as worlds.undefined and missing from the settings page (fix: 存储项按归属区分、World 实例 id 校验，补配置生效与 dataDir 文档 #287).
• WebUI at 720px wide or narrower: pause/resume, settings and shut down stay at the end of the top navigation row, and navigation items with an icon show the icon only (name on hover).
