Patch release: the Windows path picker works again, state files survive brief locks on Windows, large usage ledgers load, shulker boxes count as containers.

Fixes

• WebUI on Windows: buttons that open a folder or file picker now fill in the chosen path. Since v0.2.0 the picker script named a type that does not exist, so the dialog opened but the choice was dropped as if cancelled (fix: Windows 选路径、文件占用重试、主循环退出事件、潜影盒 #293, reported in 选择文件夹按钮无效 Coopanion#289).
• Windows: replacing core-state.json and timers.json, and appending to or rewriting the session log, retry for about half a second when the file is briefly held by another program (EBUSY, EPERM, EACCES), as antivirus scanners, indexers and sync clients do with files just written.
