modularize the SnowflakeConnector via dedicated connection, query execution, lineage, and logging helpers and add unit tests for the new components
introduce a prototype SnowflakeSQLAPIClient with documentation (README updates and a new vignette) covering non-ODBC connectivity and security notes
prioritize the modernization backlog with maintainers, expand documentation, and wire up CI for automated checks on the modernization branch
