Keep the GitHub Pages workflow, Tycho publish-site profile, and empty p2/ placeholder from main. Keep this branch's parser, test, preference, and JDT range fixes. Drop the stale committed update-site binaries. Co-authored-by: Kurrle, Philipp <philipp.kurrle+ADVNTST@advantest.com>
