Moves the exact pipelex pin from 0.66.0 to 0.66.1 with its extras unchanged, and re-locks. pipelex-server consumes this repo by tag and needs its pin to agree with the workspace constraint before it can move to 0.66.1, whose cheaper crate load its Temporal worker needs.
