Adds an "Appearance (Light, Dark, Auto)" section to the Launcher guide covering the toolbar button, the three modes, the live system-following behaviour of Auto, and the per-browser (localStorage) persistence — the preference no longer follows a user across devices. Adds the August What's New entries: the switcher and the Fluent look under Changed, and the dark-mode readability fixes (Workflow Inspector cards, focused grid rows, read-only connection banner) under Fixed.
