Appends the round-4 attempt: populace-us-2024-stacked-f001-s578-…-6eda41f8 (disposition failed, phases through gap_filled, wall 1854s, code_pin 7c720fe, authority v6), chained on round 3's tail. Round 4 cleared both gap-fill directions and the PUF predictor preflight for the first time and stopped in the clone-2 capital-gains tail on 1%-scale donor support for filing status SEPARATE — tracked separately. Data-only append, validated 28-row chain, tail
6eda41f8…. Round 4 (first build on the merged #649 fixes) reachedgap_filled— deepest phase yet — and stopped at the capital-gains tail's SEPARATE-status donor support at 1% scale; that failure is tracked as its own issue. Spool mirror updated; backfill guards are append-proof since #650's follow-up.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
