PolyCrit is the public website for Liquid Chromatography at the Critical Condition (LCCC, or LC³), developed by Dr. Yongmei Wang’s research group in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Memphis.

Liquid chromatography at critical conditions is a polymer chromatographic method defined by a unique critical condition for a given polymer system and chromatography setup. At that condition, chains of that polymer elute independently of their molecular weights. That makes LCCC useful for characterizing complex mixtures and reporting detailed information about their components.
At the critical condition, retention becomes independent of molecular weight.

The experimental records shown on PolyCrit are stored on a separate hosted database. They are not bundled with this repository.
Public access to the data is available only through the PolyCrit website. An account is required so we can understand who is using the resource. The database is free to view on the site.
