Match the 13-bus redirect to IEEELineCodes.DSS so it compiles on Linux - #136

Both IEEE 13-bus masters said `redirect IEEELineCodes.dss`, but the file ships as `IEEELineCodes.DSS`. Windows and macOS resolve that; Linux does not, so OpenDSS compiles the circuit without its line codes. The new test checks every redirect/compile/BusCoords target in the shipped .dss files by exact name, so it fails on any platform, not only Linux. Summary
Both IEEE 13-bus masters (
OpenDSS/13Bus/IEEE13Nodeckt.dssandIEEE13Nodeckt_com_loadshape.dss) sayredirect IEEELineCodes.dss, but the file ships asIEEELineCodes.DSS. Windows and macOS resolve the name regardless of case. Linux doesn't, so on Linux OpenDSS compiles the circuit without its line codes.redirectlines toIEEELineCodes.DSS. The file keeps its name, so packaging and the shipped-files note inpowermcp/README.mddon't change.tests/test_opendss_case_files.py. It checks everyredirect/compile/BusCoordstarget in the shipped.dssfiles by exact name, so it fails on every platform, not only Linux.Testing
.dssfiles the new test fails for exactly the two masters (['IEEELineCodes.dss']). With this change, all 3 cases pass.py_dss_interfacedoesn't load on my arm64 Mac (OpenDSS MCP server crashes on macOS arm64 before MCP initialize #47), and macOS is case-insensitive anyway.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
