Brings the Support API v2025-02-01 into integration/AMZDW for testing ahead of upstream review.

Same branch and commit as upstream PR abuzuhri#960, so a later upstream sync will merge cleanly.

Tests: merged result builds; full suite passes (20/20).

Implements the three Support API operations via a new SupportService,
exposed as AmazonConnection.Support:
- ListCases (POST /support/2025-02-01/cases): auto-pages on nextToken,
honours MaxNumberOfPages and surfaces NextToken on the parameter, with
  ListCasesByNextToken for manual paging.
- GetCase (GET /cases/{caseId}).
- ListContacts (GET /cases/{caseId}/contacts): same paging pattern, with
  ListContactsByNextToken.

Models under AmazonSpApiSDK/Models/Support are generated from Amazon's
support_2025-02-01.json in the existing swagger-codegen style. Fields the
model marks x-amzn-api-internal (ListCasesRequest.marketplaceId/sortField,
Case.lastOutboundDate) are omitted, as they are not in the public reference.
Parameterless JSON constructors are public to satisfy ExecuteRequestAsync<T>.

Amazon has not published usage plans for this API, so the rate limits are
conservative defaults (1 req/s, burst 1); the limiter adopts the
x-amzn-RateLimit-Limit header from the first response.

Also adds SupportSample.cs and a README section.

Tests: added SupportTests (13 cases) covering deserialisation of Amazon's
sandbox responses, request body and query serialisation, validation and
rate-limit registration. Full suite passes (17/17).
