Release the experimental Android M2 adapter from merged main after #180 as a matching 9l CLI and @9l/playwright SDK version 0.6.0-beta.

The existing release validator only accepts stable tags. This change accepts explicit beta tags, marks GitHub releases as prereleases, publishes the exact qualified SDK tarball under npm's beta dist-tag and skips Latest promotion. Stable default CLI and SDK installs remain on 0.5.5. Existing main-ancestry, artifact hash, native qualification and provenance gates remain in force.

Updates all shared version declarations, changelog and installation guidance. Tests execute the actual validator/publication scripts with isolated subprocesses for stable and beta channels, and reject altered artifact bytes before publication.

Validation:

  • npm ci and npm test: 203 passed, no skips.
  • Target/assertion contract smoke and packed-SDK clean-consumer smoke passed on the combined Android and beta source; the packed smoke also passed from this merged-main branch.
  • CLI focused tests passed and 9l --version reports 0.6.0-beta. Full go test -race -p 1 ./... passed with both pinned Python compatibility fixtures required; go vet ./... passed. An earlier parallel local run hit the detached-server fixture's three-second readiness limit. That test passed in isolation and the entire suite passed on rerun without code changes.
  • All required GitHub checks and the QualityMax check passed for the final head. Optional Windows qualification was still running at merge review, with no failures.
  • Connected-code review covered validator callers, workflow output/conditions, registry rerun behavior, qualified artifact checks, native packaging, stable installer/update boundaries and documentation. No confirmed blocking findings. Diff whitespace and high-signature secret scans passed.

Android remains experimental, with the qualification limits documented in docs/android-driver.md. This releases M2; semantic screens, the live combined reporter, shared finance demo and the remaining epic qualification are still open. Private app names, source and runtime artifacts are excluded.

After this PR merges, tag the reviewed main commit v0.6.0-beta and let the release workflow qualify, package, attest and publish both components. No local npm publication.
