9lives.run currently returns 404 for /sitemap.xml and /robots.txt, preventing sitemap submission to Bing. Add static crawl files in the site's public directory, with 1 canonical public URL and an explicit sitemap declaration.

Validation: parsed XML namespace, unique HTTPS URLs and matching host; every listed URL returned HTTP 200 with HTML content negotiation; robots parsing confirmed Bing can crawl every listed URL; diff whitespace and secret signature checks passed. Reviewed the public routes and installer routing with ponytail-review; no blocking findings.

Deployment is required before submitting the sitemap URL to Bing.
