The website currently publishes a sitemap but does not notify IndexNow after changes. Add production deployment verification and automatic submission of the current public sitemap after website changes merge to main.

Production INDEXNOW_KEY is already configured in hosting. The build generates gitignored ownership and commit-marker files. A main-branch workflow waits for that exact commit on the canonical production domain before submitting public sitemap URLs; previews never submit, and credentials never enter source or logs.

The integration supports the current flat sitemap. Deleted URLs require a separate notification before removal. IndexNow receipt does not guarantee indexing.

Validation: six focused Node tests, ESLint, existing Vitest suite (18 tests), Next/Vercel build, vinext build, staged secret scan, and diff checks passed. Reviewed the build hooks, deployment configuration, parser, submission flow, and failure paths with ponytail-review; no blocking findings. Production receipt remains pending merge/deploy.
