[Desperado]

The README currently has architecture diagrams but no screenshot of the terminal. Add a capture of the real v1.38.0 standalone startup banner and a short overview of the Charm libraries used by the UI. This also meets the screenshot and library-overview prerequisites for submission to charm-in-the-wild.

The image was captured from tui.Terminal.PrintBanner with a local-only session context, using Freeze and the Menlo font. It contains no account details, credentials, or simulated test results. No runtime behavior changes.

Validation: visually checked the PNG, checked image links and library usage against the source, git diff --check, go test ./..., go vet ./..., and go run github.com/golangci/golangci-lint/cmd/golangci-lint@v1.64.8 run all passed. Ponytail review found no issues in this documentation-only change.
