Just some personal tools I felt like sharing — free, as-is, use them however you like. 🪝

• 🪝 Hooker — a pixel-mascot taskbar widget that auto-approves Claude Code prompts per session and shows, at a glance, which one needs you.
• 👁️ ClaudeWatch — a tiny colored HUD for Claude Code: model, context usage, directory, and current tool at a glance.
• 🧭 CodeCompass — a fully-local code search & navigation engine that cuts the tokens an AI coding agent spends finding code: lexical + symbolic + semantic, memory-mapped, no GPU or cloud.
• 🔪 CodeCarver — (WIP, not yet real-world tested) carves a huge, messy repo down to only the code needed to build & run one thing: reachability slicing generalized to any language and your build config, at both file and function level.
• 🧬 CodeSpawner — a deterministic generator of synthetic code corpora for stress-testing indexers, search, and carvers at 100 GB+ scale (giant >1 GB headers amid tens of thousands of tiny files), with a machine-checkable ground-truth manifest. Feeds CodeCompass and CodeCarver.
• 🔀 CodeDiffer — (WIP, not yet real-world tested) an agent-first 2-/3-/n-way diff tool for VERY large trees (~100 GB, >1 GB files, local or over a network share): a walk→hash→reason→hunks cost funnel with block-level giant-file diffs and bounded, paged output, verified against a CodeSpawner ground-truth contract.
• 📡 Discordinator — a CLI + MCP server that relays messages between AI coding sessions on different machines through a private Discord server: one bot, per-project channels, new-only handoff, and ✅ read-acks.
• 🚦 ComputeWarden — a machine-wide coordination service over MCP that stops multiple AI agents and build tools from saturating one machine at once: cooperative, lease-based reservations plus auto-detected heavy processes, via a local daemon and a thin MCP adapter.
• 🧰 ToolBelt — a zero-dependency, cross-platform C# utility library: 180+ small, heavily-tested drop-in helpers across 22 focused divisions (collections, numerics, text, graphs, intervals, async, signal, statistics, and more).
• 🐾 FunctionTraceDemo — automatic compiler-based function tracing for C/C++ (Clang/LLVM): enter/exit, parameters, and return values injected at build time with zero source changes, built up as -finstrument-functions, a custom LLVM pass, and a libclang descriptor generator.

• 〰️ Subtap — a single-file, dependency-free desktop tool for retiming song captions (.srt) by ear: waveform, tap-sync, and per-line deltas.
• ▶️ Subsync — a single-file, dependency-free Windows tool that plays a song's captions (.srt) back as keystrokes, driving a lagging synced-lyric display back into time by hand. Sibling to Subtap.

• 🎮 NoteSight — an offline auto-charter that turns audio into playable charts for StepMania/ITGmania (.sm) and Beat Saber by detecting onsets and beat grids. Local, Python-only, no external system dependencies.

• 🃏 Cardinator — a single-file, no-install Windows app for making custom Magic-style cards: look a card up on Scryfall for its text and real art (or make your own), drop in art, pick a frame — including full-art — and export print-ready PNGs and 3×3 print sheets.
