The Start 15 day trial buttons (What is new notice + new-form builder box) linked to Super Forms > Licenses, which only says License Management has Moved. They now open /?trial=<pdf|listings>&domain= in a new tab (API rc28 / super-forms-api PR #194 handles the link, incl. login).
